Job Summary:
The ERP Consulting Manager will lead and manage the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for our clients. This role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ERP implementation projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the ERP implementation process.
- Understand client business processes and requirements to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ERP consultants and specialists.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
Technical Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics) and their functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in ERP technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to both clients and internal teams.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
Strategic Planning
- Work with senior management to define and implement the ERP consulting strategy.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop proposals for new client engagements.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal development.
